3. Products & Orders

We strive to ensure all product listings, images, and descriptions are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all cards shown (especially in mystery packs or livestream events) will match expectations perfectly.

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, especially in the case of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Livestream Purchases & Custom Products

During livestreams, customers may purchase booster packs and receive custom items (such as pin badges made from your pulls). By participating:

  • You agree that custom-made products are final sale and non-returnable.

  • The condition and contents of packs opened live are accepted as-is.

  • Any jokes, memes, or creative designs related to your order are used in good faith and with community spirit.

5. Pricing & Payment

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Opened packs, single cards, and custom-made items (e.g., livestream badges) are not eligible for return or refund.

All content on the Tatsuko website, including logos, artwork, branding, and custom designs, is the intellectual property of Tatsuko or its partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without permission.

  • Use our services for illegal purposes.

  • Attempt to interfere with the site’s operations or security.
