Refund policy

At Tatsuko, we’re proud to offer a wide selection of Japanese, Korean, and English Pokémon cards and collectibles. We want every Trainer to be happy with their purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be sealed, unused, and in original condition.

  • Packaging must be intact (e.g., unopened booster packs, unpeeled sleeves, etc.).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number).

❗ We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened booster packs

  • Individual cards (Japanese, Korean, or English)

  • Mystery boxes or blind items

  • Custom or livestream-made items (e.g. pin badges)

🔄 Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, or if your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue and your order number—we’ll work quickly to resolve it.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We’re unable to offer refunds or returns on:

  • Opened products (of any language)

  • Loose or single trading cards

  • Surprise or mystery packs

  • Final Sale items

  • Custom-made stream products

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our end (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). We recommend tracked shipping to ensure your return arrives safely.
