At Tatsuko, we aim to ship your Pokémon cards and collectibles as quickly and safely as possible. Whether you’re ordering sealed products, singles, or livestream pulls, here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

🚚 Processing Times

  • Standard orders: Dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Livestream orders: Please allow 3–5 business days after the stream ends for packing and dispatch. Custom items like pin badges may take slightly longer.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

🌍 Shipping Options

We currently ship to the UK, Europe, and select international locations. Shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Tracking is provided for all orders where available.
